      <image:caption>The Desk Break Experiment Commissioned by ASICS, the Desk Break Experiment investigated the effects of short movement breaks on the mental state of office workers. The study revealed that after just two hours of uninterrupted desk work, individuals began to experience a decline in their mental state, with stress levels increasing significantly after four hours. Encouragingly, incorporating a 15-minute movement break into the workday led to a 22.5% improvement in participants mental state. Over a week, these brief breaks resulted in a 14.7% reduction in stress levels, a 33.2% boost in productivity, and a 28.6% enhancement in focus.</image:caption>
