Mother & Bubba Pilates at Brighton Town Hall is a welcoming, physio-led class designed especially for mamas looking to move together!

Whether you’re newly postpartum or navigating the toddler years, this is your space to rebuild strength, reconnect and move with confidence, all while keeping your little one close.

Held in the beautiful, light filled space of Brighton Town Hall, come as you are, bring your bub and leave feeling stronger!

Location

Mother & Bubba Pilates is proudly located at the beautiful Brighton Town Hall. A spacious light filled venue with plenty of room for you and your little one to move comfortably. After class, enjoy an easy stroll to Church Street for coffee and connection with other mums.

Moving with mamas is powerful and what better way to be in an inviting space to rebuild your strength and connect. No judgement, no need to worry if your baby cries - real mamas.

With a mix of mamas who fly solo, come with a girlfriend or mothers groups - the room is buzzing!

Meet Melanie

Melanie is a local mama of two and a physiotherapist & clinical pilates instructor by background. Melanie loves helping other mamas move and is able to share insights on return to running post partum.

There is ample street parking on the surrounding streets of Brighton Town Hall. Pop next door to the beautiful Brighton Library and take a stroll before or after class for a coffee and shop on Church St.

 

FAQ

  • There is no set age limit, however if your bubs is on the move please keep them close by. Brighton Town Hall is lovely and spacious to accomodate.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes for movement, for your baby please bring a toy for entertainment, a blanket for bubs to lay on and all the other bits you need for baby!

  • There is space for pram parking at the end of the hall, baby will be able to be lay next to you, be part of the action or be in a capsule

  • All levels of exercise are welcome, modifications will be provided during the class. Please ensure you have been cleared post partum for exercise
